• PARKING: Limited to compact 3 vehicles per HOA

• OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Guest must climb stairs. Main living area with kitchen are on the 2nd floor. 2 steps to gain entry into from the exterior.

• HOA'S: The property is a part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). The HOA does have additional rules and regulations that must be followed during your stay. Host shall list the amenities offered by the HOA but host is not responsible for the operation or availability of HOA provided items. Some amenities are available seasonally.

This property features an open living room with comfy leather couches, gas fireplace and deck with an electric grill. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with log stools. Enjoy your dining experience at the table under a rustic chandelier.

Two big bedrooms on the ground floor with a nicely tiled combination shower/tub and toilet area separate from the his and her sinks. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a lodgepole Queen bed. The second bedroom holds two sets of bunk beds providing sleeping for 4, a 40-inch SMART TV and 2 closets. On the second floor, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen areas as described above plus, the third bedroom which houses a sleigh Queen bed and another updated full bathroom.

There are two decks, one is off the living area and has an electric grill and the other is on the lower level accessible from the bunk room and provides outdoor seating.

Just 5 miles to Northstar ski area resort with a free winter shuttle. Six other ski areas are within 30 minutes’ drive. Less than 1 mile to Tahoe Rim Trail and downtown Kings Beach (with golf, fishing, free beach, mountain biking, snowmobiling and restaurants), and 2 more to the Nevada state line and Northshore casinos. Exercise facility available year-round, with summer access to a community swimming pool, kiddie pool, par course and tennis courts.

  Our family of 4, including a teenager and a pre-teen, had a great ski week in this 3-BR condo. We love the location - 10-15 min drive to North Star, Incline Village, 20 min to Truckee downtown and 5 min to groceries/food/pizza/beach access in King's Beach. The apt had plenty of space, was nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, and dining table big enough for us for dinner. We didn't have any issues and would love to come back.

  The place was beautiful and clean! Plenty of space in the bathrooms. Easy to access and close to the beach. We couldn’t get the tv to work, which was the only downside, but we didn’t call to ask for help with it either.

  Over all was good, except for the counter table by the coffe maker that was dirty and the microwave oven also, the toilet seat on the second floor bathroom was loose and very old.
