Fantastic mountain retreat located in the desirable Kingswood Estates neighborhood featuring views of Lake Tahoe and a sunny, south-facing orientation! This upper Kings Beach home has been tastefully renovated and is built for family enjoyment! Most rooms feature vaulted ceilings with open beams giving the house classic Tahoe styling.  Home is spacious and offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 adults.

The main floor of the house has a fully updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a large gas range and an over-sized fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the convenient appliances one expects such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, blender and mixer.  The main floor also provides access to a formal dining area with a beautiful hand-carved dining table with seating for 8. The adjacent living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and cable, wireless internet, cozy couches and a gas fireplace.  This main floor also houses two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and the second with a Pyramid bunk consisting of one twin bed on top, one full-size bed on the bottom and one pull-out twin bed on the very bottom. There's also a remodeled bathroom with a shower that is accessible from both the hallway and the queen bedroom.

The lower level of the property is packed with bonus features:  a gas fireplace, pool table that doubles as a ping-pong table, felt dart board, new SMART TV, DVD player and a queen futon. There's a 3/4 bathroom with shower and access to the 2 car garage from this bottom floor as well as a small dog run just outside the door.

The top floor consists entirely of the private master suite and has a king bed, balcony with lake view and a private en-suite bathroom with a dramatically deep soaking tub plus shower wand.

Last but not least, this family home includes amazing views of tree-tops leading to Lake Tahoe from the large, L-shaped upper deck. In the warmer months, utilize this deck to catch some rays or grill up a nice dinner and the heat lamp if it turns chilly at the dinner table.

Home is equipped with Bear Deterrent Electric Wires that must be deactivated before entering. Please see rental agreement or Hospitality APP for complete instructions. Owner has exterior cameras on the premises; located at entry points.

    Overall excellent experience. House is well maintained. The third floor Master BR is very large and the king sized bed and down comforter extremely comfortable. Fun extras throughout such as all bidet toilets with heated seats, radiant floor heat in master bath, Google devices to talk to in the kitchen, a bluetooth enabled range hood (!), giant big screen TV with sound bar and multiple remotes, and Nest heating. The Instant Pot was useful and we used both the Keurig single-cup as well as the multi-cup coffee maker. There is an electric hand-mixer.
    A couple of cautions: the super deep tub in the Master bath requires a step stool to get into and feels unsafe for anyone who isn't pretty limber. Since this place is for 8-9 adults, the kitchen could use more steak knives and a larger crockpot. Pool table and pingpong table are in rough shape but completely usable. The dining room table is not ideal for puzzles, the planks are all uneven (but we managed). Lots of games and toys in the "kids'" room. Good climbing skills needed to get into the top bunk. Driveway is kind of steep and is icy in the morning if water run-off from the roof froze on it.
    We liked the place a lot. Very convenient to Northstar and King's Beach.
    TahoeNORTH was great to work with but we didn't have any issues to report so can't say much about that.
