This gorgeously furnished home boasts some of the best views of the Lake from many rooms and living spaces as well as from the hot tub on the lower deck! This ridge-top Carnelian Bay home is built with families in mind by offering two living rooms, a gourmet kitchen, large wrap-around decks on both levels, Finnish Sauna, in-home fitness room, 2 car garage, 5 "Primary" bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.

Entering the main floor, the first thing you'll see is the dramatic views of Lake Tahoe looking out through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the sunken living room. Next, you will notice the gas fireplace and 60" Samsung Smart TV for streaming or satellite viewing and stereo system. Next, there's a dining area with seating for 11 including the 3 barstools and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with beautiful white granite counters, stainless sink w/ instant hot water, huge island with gas range, dishwasher, convection oven and in-wall microwave plus walk-in pantry for extra storage and additional kitchenware. Just off the kitchen is the first of two decks. Sun loungers and seating for 12 under propane heaters compliment the perfect view and large gas grill.

The first bedroom is the considered the main primary quarters because it has the best view and the most luxurious bathroom of the bunch. Spacious room boasts those dynamic lake views this house is known for as well as a California King bed, flat screen with satellite service, walk-in closet plus an ensuite bathroom with marble finishes, a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks.

The second bedroom on the upper level, "The Fountain View Room", has a queen Sleep Number bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo just outside its door.

The main shared bathroom, located in the downstairs hallway across from the laundry, features a double sink and a stand-up shower. Also located downstairs are 3 of the 5 bedrooms and access to the hot tub through a second living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, wet bar and 70" satellite TV that can play all your Blu-Ray movies or music through the sound system with Polk speakers. The new hot tub is just outside, tucked underneath the upper deck for privacy and incredible views.

The first of three bedrooms on the lower floor is "The Hyatt Room". This room overlooks the lake and has a queen bed with an attached 3/4 bath. Bedroom number four is called "The Bunkhouse". Not only does this room have two sets of bunks, each with a twin up top and a full below, but also an attached 3/4 bathroom and access to the in-home fitness room.

The gym has an elliptical, BowFlex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, weight bench, treadmill and a mini fridge.

The fifth bedroom overlooks the lake, includes a queen bed plus an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower in this “Sand Harbor Suite”.

Adjacent, is yet another perk, a Finnish Sauna to sweat out the day.

  We stayed here with 3 other families because our kids are all elementary school classmates. Our ski vacation was ideal with this rental house equidistant between Palisades Tahoe and Northstar.
  
  This rental was very spacious and clean with high-end amenities one does not easily find. We enjoyed the hot tub, dry sauna and exercise room, as well as the open-concept kitchen to cook homemade meals.
  
  Lastly, the lakeview is truly amazing. Much more impressive than the photos depict. Folks asked me to rent this house again for a Summer vacation.

  This place is really as spectacular as the pictures suggest. Unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe from all of the common areas and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The home is also chock full of amenities (wine fridge, exercise room, sauna, hot tub), and is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of nice touches like different types of wine glasses, steak knives, and even a slow cooker made it easy to cook for our group of 9. Hosts were quick to respond to a couple of minor issues that came up. All in all a wonderful place. We hope to come back next year.

  We came to Tahoe expected a lake day, and sadly it snowed. However, this home was the PERFECT indoor retreat. The views were incredible, the rooms were spacious, and the common areas could not be cozier or more relaxing. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we made unbelievable meals every night. Normally I feel houses miss the mark somewhere but this is the perfect stay. I am already trying to book this house again for this year. If you're on the listing don't hesitate, hit book! Not to mention the location is private yet close enough to everything you need.

  We LOVED staying here! Great location, fantastic kitchen and views to die for! We never got tired of the changing views. Superb open space to walk the dogs just a short distance from the house, and xc and downhill skiing a quick drive away. Rooms were all comfortable and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom. The management company was excellent and responded promptly each time we contacted them (for shoveling, salt, when the internet cut out). We were so happy with the home and would highly recommend a stay here!
