• PARKING: Limited to FOUR (4) compact vehicles but there may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist. No street parking is permitted.

• OTHER: There are some sunken living areas where a step or two may be necessary to access areas of the home.

Intimately furnished mountain home that boasts the best ridgetop views in Lake Tahoe, including from the private hot tub! This home is built with families in mind; offering two living rooms, a gourmet kitchen, Finnish Sauna, in-home fitness room, 2 car garage, gas fireplace and much more!
Upon entry you’ll have dramatic views of Lake Tahoe via the south facing windows of the sunken living room. The living area also features a gas fireplace and Smart TV for streaming. Off of the living space is a dining area overlooking the lake and a fully equipped chef's kitchen and butler’s pantry. This divine area features gorgeous granite counters, central island with gas range, dishwasher, convection oven and in-wall microwave
In the summer, the deck off the kitchen has loungers, a natural gas BBQ and two tables to accommodate your family.
On the entry level you have 2 bedrooms, both with dedicated bathrooms. The best view and the most luxurious bathroom of the bunch is in the primary suite just off the living room. Amazing picture window overlooking the lake plus much more including, a jetted tub in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on the upper level, "The Fountain View Room", has a queen Sleep Number bed and a full bathroom.
The other three bedrooms are on the lower level. The hot tub is accessible through a second living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, wet bar, and satellite TV that can play all your Blu-Ray movies or music through the sound system with Polk speakers. The new hot tub is just outside, tucked underneath the upper deck for privacy and incredible views.
The first of three bedrooms on the lower floor is "The Hyatt Room". This room overlooks the lake and has a queen bed with an attached 3/4 bath. Bedroom number four is called "The Bunkhouse". Not only does this room have two sets of bunk beds, but each with a twin up top and a full below, but also an attached 3/4 bathroom and access to the in-home fitness room.
The gym has an elliptical, BowFlex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, weight bench, treadmill and a mini fridge.
The fifth bedroom overlooks the lake, includes a queen bed plus an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower in this “Sand Harbor Suite”.
Adjacent, is yet another perk, a Finnish Sauna to sweat out the day.

  Every time we came back from an excursion we marveled at the view! The two separate living rooms, one on each floor was perfect when you have a bunch of kids and a bunch of adults. We used the hot tub multiple time a day, and the sauna was incredible. Anytime I messaged the management company they were pleasant and helpful and prompt. The neighborhood was great for walking and you can connect to a system of incredible trails easily if you want to lose yourself in nature right away. Also there is awesome beach right down the road (Commons) and grocery store too. Great base of operations for north Lake Tahoe! Strong recommend.

  Wonderful, quiet location on a hillside with a stunning view of the lake. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything needed to cook and enjoy the view. The hot tub was great, however the steam shower is out of commission which was a real bummer. The Sauna was great too.

  We spent a lovely week at this home in Carnelian Bay with our extended family. The house was full, but everyone enjoyed the location, the spectacular view and the peaceful surroundings. We ended every day on the deck watching the sunset change the colors of the mountains around us. Everyone wants to come back.

  We stayed here with 3 other families because our kids are all elementary school classmates. Our ski vacation was ideal with this rental house equidistant between Palisades Tahoe and Northstar.
  
  This rental was very spacious and clean with high-end amenities one does not easily find. We enjoyed the hot tub, dry sauna and exercise room, as well as the open-concept kitchen to cook homemade meals.
  
  Lastly, the lakeview is truly amazing. Much more impressive than the photos depict. Folks asked me to rent this house again for a Summer vacation.

  This place is really as spectacular as the pictures suggest. Unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe from all of the common areas and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The home is also chock full of amenities (wine fridge, exercise room, sauna, hot tub), and is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of nice touches like different types of wine glasses, steak knives, and even a slow cooker made it easy to cook for our group of 9. Hosts were quick to respond to a couple of minor issues that came up. All in all a wonderful place. We hope to come back next year.

  We came to Tahoe expected a lake day, and sadly it snowed. However, this home was the PERFECT indoor retreat. The views were incredible, the rooms were spacious, and the common areas could not be cozier or more relaxing. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we made unbelievable meals every night. Normally I feel houses miss the mark somewhere but this is the perfect stay. I am already trying to book this house again for this year. If you're on the listing don't hesitate, hit book! Not to mention the location is private yet close enough to everything you need.

  We LOVED staying here! Great location, fantastic kitchen and views to die for! We never got tired of the changing views. Superb open space to walk the dogs just a short distance from the house, and xc and downhill skiing a quick drive away. Rooms were all comfortable and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom. The management company was excellent and responded promptly each time we contacted them (for shoveling, salt, when the internet cut out). We were so happy with the home and would highly recommend a stay here!
