"Serendipity"

Family cabin situated on an upper ridge of Tahoe Vista with peak-a-view of the lake. Home offers three nicely appointed bedrooms, a full kitchen, living area with wood burning fireplace, two upstairs decks and a garage for two vehicles. The living room is the first area you encounter upon entering the home and ascending the stairs. It is furnished with new plush couches and a SMART TV. There is a fireplace insert and access to a deck overlooking the fully fenced back yard. The layout is open and shared with a dining area with seating for four or use the leaf to seat even more. There are also four stools along the breakfast bar. The dining area is just outside the galley kitchen with range, oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge and built-in microwave.

The master bedroom and full bathroom are just off of this living space. The over-sized suite has a king bed, "Smart" TV, and a balcony overlooking the side yard. There is a huge walk-in closet and plenty of storage space in each of the dressers. This ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The lower level of the house has two more bedrooms, the laundry, a full bathroom and access to the two car garage. Each of the two bedrooms comes equipped with a "Smart" TV for streaming and a queen bed. One of them has a futon for additional sleeping. In the summer, there's also a fenced yard and gas grill for you to enjoy.

    Had a great time with family at Serendipity home. Pluses: Very clean.
    Bedrooms comfortable and well appointed.
    Great family set up
    Nice 2 car garage.
    Wonderful neighborhood
    Short drive to beach
    Nice deck and yard
    Minuses: Kitchen dated, appliances dated.
    No cutting board
    Patio set rickety, broken arms on
    patio chair.
    Master Bathroom paint peeling from
    bottom of vanity.
    Dining table stained
    Cracked window in downstairs bedroom.
    Carpet stain by dining table.
    Suggestions: Would have been nice to have patio lounge chairs, beach chairs and beach towels.

    All in all I would stay again.
