2 BEDROOM PLUS LOFT/ 2 BATHROOM condo with gorgeous flooring and HOA amenities in ideal location! Both bedrooms have window seating and feature clean and comfy queen beds with premium bedding. There are also two day beds in the open-to-living-room spacious loft. The fully stocked kitchen boasts newer, stainless appliances, dishwasher and plenty of cabinets. Room at the dining table for 6 plus 3 more at the open breakfast bar. The stacked washer and dryer is conveniently tucked in the hallway across from the little reading nook. There’s also a large and comfy L shaped couch in the living area to watch cable or catch a movie on the Flat screen TV hanging over the fireplace. Gas grill available for use on the balcony and a bistro table to enjoy meals al fresco.

Community amenities include 2 hot tubs* and a community "lodge" with arcade games and pool table. Located within walking distance of Patton Beach, Garwoods and the Old Post Office Cafe.

* Hot tubs normally only available on Saturdays during slow seasons and open 7 days a week during busy seasons but COVID-19 may affect these hours.
