• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee of $175 (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fee(s) may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.


• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed.

• PARKING: Limited to 6 compact vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.

• DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs. Main living areas are on the 2nd floor.

This custom-crafted abode features three spacious bedrooms and two and a half modern and clean bathrooms.  The upper level is designed for family living with an open kitchen and living area boasting vaulted ceilings with Alder tongue and groove ceiling, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling ledge-stone gas fireplace with mounted 48” LED TV with wireless streaming capabilities from the device of your choice.  The designer kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of storage, and roomy enough for the whole crew.  There's also a breakfast bar and a separate dining area that overlooks the tranquil backyard.  Off the living space is a nice deck where you can grill and enjoy a warm summer night. The master bedroom is also on the upper level with a King Bed, Streaming TV, two closets, and access to a private bathroom suite. The sheik yet dreamy master bath includes an oversized walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, a separate toilet area, and the perfect-sized soaking tub to forget it all!

Bedrooms two and three as well as a full bathroom with laundry are on the lower level. The first bedroom features a queen bed and the second, a pyramid bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Both rooms overlook the backyard and the oversized two-car garage that will keep your vehicle safe and dry on winter nights. On those gorgeous summer days, grab one of the provided bikes and cruise down to the Kings Beach Strip.

All 1740 square feet of this home are packed with modern bells and whistles; sleeps 7-9 guests. You won't be disappointed after staying at this real Tahoe cabin!

  We enjoyed our stay in King's Beach. The house was clean upon arrival. Access to the garage was appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed during our stay. The communication with the Property Management team seamless. I would suggest repairing the screen door to the slider. We were not able to keep the slider open to enjoy the fresh mountain air. All in all, we would stay here again.

  We stayed for 11 nights, it would be better if more kitchen paper towels were provided, trash bags were also not enough. Kitchen cookwares need some update, chopping boards were too small...carpet needs some professional cleaning after many years of use, looks dirty. it was our second time stay here, overall it’s a good place to stay.

  We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well kept besides the screen door being broke off the hinges plus completely ripped out. Was extremely hot during our stay and very hard to get the main level cooled down to sleep in the evening. Made even more difficult by not being able to open the sliding door. Maintenance said they will get it fixed so that would be fantastic. Talked to them about a couple things and found them to be very quick and responsive!

  Great rental, met all our needs and then some! The house was so comfortable for my family, the kids loved being there and we were truly able to relax and just enjoy our time as a family.   The cabin was beautiful, appears to be fairly new construction. The master bed was very comfortable. The house was appointed very well - all new appliances and everything you need in a kitchen. While the cabin is a short walk to town and the beach, the walk back is all uphill, so make note. Would have liked for there to be some beach chairs/ toys to have available, but otherwise, a wonderful place that we'd love to visit again!
