Custom-crafted Tahoe Vista home is now open to rentals! This newer home is fantastic – From the forest-lined views, 2 car garage, updated interior, and grand chef’s kitchen, this home has all you’ll need for your next Tahoe getaway!

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN
• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted.
• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
• DISCLOSURES:

*MINIMUM Renter Age Requirement: 25 years
* Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill and Upper Deck are available only in the peak summer months.

The upper floor of the home is an open-concept living area with a great kitchen with a mix of granite and butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and new dishware, pots, and pans. There’s a separate dining area with a custom table that transitions into the living area with a gas fireplace, large wall-mounted television with streaming cable, and two plush couches for comfort. There are two decks off this living area, one at the front and one at the rear with a gas grill.

The home features 3 bedrooms on two separate levels. The master suite is also upstairs overlooking the backyard and has a lot of privacy. This oversized master features a log king bed and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The next two bedrooms are both on the lower level and house a queen bed in one room and a twin bunk in the second. There’s a shared full bathroom between the two rooms downstairs as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and clothes dryer.

The home also has a 2-car garage and plenty of driveway parking. The location is central with easy beach, hiking, and skiing access.

    Nous avons passé 3 merveilleux jours au chalet du 23/12 au 26/12.
    C'est un chalet idéal pour les vacances de Noel : nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un noêl blanc ...
    Le chalet est très bien situé : à 5 minutes du lac et d'un très grand supermarché SAFEWAY où l'on trouve de tout... La frontière du NEVADA est également toute proche ...
    IL est situé à une dizaine de minute de la stationde ski NORTHSTAR ... Nous n'y sommes pas allé car la neige aoutour du chalet était suffisante pour faire des bonhommes de neige et faire des glissades ( Il y a des luges en plastiques fournies dans le garage = SUPER )
    Le chalet était très propre à notre arrivée : de plus le staff avait déjà mis la cheminée et la télé en route avec de la musique d'ambiance de noël, il y avait aussi des plaids sur les canapés : tout pour se mettre dans l'ambiance de noël..
    Le chalet est très grand: il y a 4 places de parking dont 2 dans le garage fermé. Nous avons pu y rentrer 2 FORD expédition MAX...
    Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans ce chalet pour se sentir à la maison : jusqu'au savon de vaisselle et la lessive ...
    Les chambres sont très mignonnes et le mobilier est cosy...
    Il y a beaucoup de place dans les placards pour ranger les il y a plein de linge de maison en plus si on en a besoin : couvertures, draps, serviettes ...
    La cuisine est immense et il y a tous les appareils et ustensiles nécessaires et de très bonne qualité...
    les salles de bains sont très bien aménagées également.
    La buanderie est spacieuse et les 2 très grandes machines ( à laver et à sécher ) sont vraiment un plus : nous avons adoré ...
    Les manager sont très sympathiqueset répondent très rapidement au téléphone : nous les avons appelé le jour de notre départ car il neigeait beaucoup et nous étions un peu anxieus de prendre la route : Une très gentille dame nous a donné des conseils et un des manager est arrivé quelques minutes plus tard pour voir si tout allait bien ...

    This cabin was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean, well-equipped for cooking, and had incredible natural light. We were just under a 20 minute drive to Northstar and would definitely stay again!

    We had an amazing time at this house in Tahoe Vista. It feels much bigger than it is and there’s plenty of parking and amenities to suit all of our family and friends. Conveniently located near Kings Beach and Incline Village and just a 20 minute drive to Tahoe City. The house was clean and ready to go with lots of towels and dishes and everything but one lightbulb worked. Only downside is there is no Lake View.

    This is a beautiful home in a quiet area. The home is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The home is well maintained. It is near the Tahoe Regional park with miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Just a short drive to Northstar, Alpine and Pallisades.

    This was our second stay at this cabin. It is in a great location near the Regional Park. The area is quiet and easily accessed. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We would prefer a brighter light in the master toilet room. The carpets need cleaning.
