Kingswood Village Condo for family fun! The complex is approximately one mile to downtown Kings Beach, the state park, shopping, restaurants and more! About 6 miles to the base of Northstar or 2 miles to the North Shore's casinos.

• HOA: The property is a part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). The HOA does have additional rules and regulations that must be followed during your stay. Host shall list the amenities offered by the HOA but host is not responsible for the operation or availability of HOA provided items. Some amenities are available seasonally. Condo has sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a loft area. The two bedrooms are both housed on the main entry level and have King Beds. The end suite room also has a TV with Streaming capabilities and access to a private balcony. There is a shared bathroom in the downstairs hallway with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs in the hallway.

The upper level showcases an open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen and has a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, NEW electric range (not pictured) and full-sized fridge with top freezer. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, access to a deck, a new SMART TV with Streaming capabilities and new furniture including a sleeper sofa pull out in the main floor nook.

Off the living area there's another little alcove space with a new full sleeper sofa, as well as another full bathroom.

On the top floor, you'll find 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the loft which overlooks the living space below.

Community amenities feature a summer swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and a par course. Guests can enjoy the club house with a full kitchen as well as the exercise room year-round.

  Although the house was not in the best condition (some appliances were quite old and there was a good amount of wear and tear), it was the perfect place for a winter ski lease! Very cosy, perfect location, and plenty of space!
