Updated Dollar Point home with beds for friends and family! Sleeps up to 12 adults or up to 17 when you include kiddos. 5 dedicated bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

When entering the home you'll first find a dining area with open concept to the updated kitchen and breakfast nook. The motif is rustic-industrial with classy Edison bulbs and dimmer features. The kitchen has an amazing gas range and double oven. The massive Thermador fridge with bottom freezer is ready to pack with food to make those large family meals. Kitchen wares are well stocked plus plenty of dishware for each guest and a brand new dishwasher for easy clean up? C Off the kitchen there's a guest bathroom and also access to the large rear deck with loungers, a patio table, wicker bar and gas grill.

Continuing back through the dining room you may also access the "Jewel of the Sierras" king bedroom with walk in closet, bay window seat and full bathroom with shower. This room is simple and bright and offers privacy. The first of 3 master suites.
Up a few steps from the dining room is the living room and separate, private theater room. The living area has plenty of seating, a large LCD TV with cable and streaming capabilities, work station with desk and a wood burning fireplace. The theater has reclining leather seats for 7, a home cinema projector with big screen and surround sound plus a popcorn machine. The house itself has highspeed internet and cable at both of the living area TVs.

Off the kitchen is the second master suite, the “Cal-Neva Room”. It also has a king bed, closet and a dedicated bathroom with shower.
The lower level houses 3 more bedrooms, 4 more bathrooms, the laundry area, 2 car garage and a family room. This is also where you access the luxurious, private hot tub overlooking the backyard. "The Dollar Point Suite" is the 3rd master suite with king bed and private bathroom.

Bookending either side of this lower floor of the house there are two huge bunk bedrooms, each with private baths. "The Forest Glen Bunk Room" has 3 bunk beds each with 2 twins. Sleeps 6 and has a TV with streaming capabilities. The "Emerald Bay Bunk House" has a bunk with 2 twins, a bunk with a twin up top and a full below plus another full bed. This room also has a TV with streaming capabilities.
The downstairs family room has comfy seating and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The stacked laundry is tucked behind a sliding barn door. There's also a second half-bath on this level.

Off the lower living space you have a second deck that's very secluded and overlooks the vast yard.
Please enjoy this great family home for your next holiday in the area. Home is not part of the Dollar Point Association but is only a short walk to the beautiful beach.

    The design of the house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 8 children. We had a great stay but were disappointed to find problems in cleanliness, a broken freezer,broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, dry wall peeling over the bed in a master, washer leaking, and no washing machine detergent. BUT...The property managers were very responsive to fixing the problems (except for the dry wall, which appears to be the function of a water leak) so our enjoyment of the house was not impacted. Great location.

    The house was perfect for our family vacation which included children as well as grandchildren. The house was described accurately. The house was clean, the hot tub was clean and the back yard was perfect for our little ones to play. There was enough room for us all to spread out or be together in the kitchen area. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen. We will be back!

    We had a full house of 16 guests and did not feel crammed. It was on a pretty street with a nice view from the back deck! Very friendly neighbors! We did see one bear in the very early morning (about 6am) but he quickly ran away as soon as he saw us. We are in bear country after all! We all very much enjoyed our stay! It felt like a home away from home!
