Brand new, fully furnished, modern cabin with a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This custom–crafted abode features three spacious bedrooms and two–and–half modern and crisp bathrooms. The upper level is designed for family living with an open kitchen and living area boasting vaulted ceilings with Alder tongue–and–groove ceiling, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling ledge-stone gas fireplace beside the mounted 80” LED TV with wireless streaming capabilities from the device of your choice. The designer kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of storage and is well-stocked with dishware and appliances plus an oversized wine fridge - a recipe for ultimate enjoyment! There's also a breakfast bar and separate dining area which overlooks the tranquil, fenced backyard. Off the living space is a nice deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of Joe or gaze at the stars on a clear night. The master bedroom is also on the upper level and is composed of a California King Bed, a little office area, two closets and access to a private, chic master bath with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub.

Bedrooms two and three, as well as a full bathroom with laundry, are on the lower level. The first bedroom features a queen bed and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The second bedroom boasts two sets of bunk beds but not the typical flimsy bunk beds! These solid wood, adult-sized bunk beds offer premium bedding atop FULL mattresses, providing a sturdy, sleeping den for four. The bunk room also includes an oversized closet and a second Roku TV for streaming. Both rooms share the use of the full bathroom with a combination tub/shower and separate vanity stocked with Hudson Grace toiletries.

On those gorgeous summer days, grab one of the provided paddle boards and enjoy the public beach at Chamber's Landing or dedicated HOA beach down the street. There's a traditional one-person standup paddleboard or a slightly more challenging multi-person (6-8) Megladon to choose from. In the cooler evenings, head out back to the fenced and manicured grassy area for yard games while they fire up the grill on the deck above. No matter what the weather brings, you can always relax in your own private hot tub and gaze into the forested backyard.

There's no excuse to skip the gym when you can lift weights or ride the Peloton conveniently housed in one half of the garage. The other half is dedicated to shielding your car from the ice and elements while at the same time ensuring you have plenty of ice for your elements if you take advantage of the additional freezer provided. Here's an added bonus...You never have to worry about losing your keys because you can access the home via the keyless system on the front door or the garage remote.
