Beautiful Tahoe home is centrally located and nestled on a quiet street in the highly desired area of North Shore Lake Tahoe. This hillside retreat boasts five (5) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms plus a detached bonus room which adds one (1) more full bathroom - all furnished in old Tahoe style with a bit of Farmhouse flair. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms (two with full-sized beds and one with a CAL King bed), laundry room, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as the living room and dining room, which have an open layout and all centered around a toasty-warm wood stove. Fully stocked kitchen includes a butcher block prep island and invites family togetherness. Upstairs, the loft area is perfect as a reading nook or SMART TV streaming haven. The fourth bedroom is the first room to the right on the upper level and houses a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom is found directly across the hall and features fantastic tile work and a glass enclosure in the shower/tub combo. The fifth and final bedroom is the Master Suite at the end of the hall. The ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo is found at the entry to this spacious retreat. Further inside, you will find a California King sized bed with matching wall lamps on either side and double closets for all your gear. The other half of the room houses a dresser with a large mirror and an oversized chaise lounge which doubles as a twin sized sleeper.

The detached bonus room is located over the garage and has a separate entrance. This large space is ideal for entertaining with an L-shaped couch, Streaming TV, Playstation 3 gaming console, Foosball, DVD player, dining area (or card table), reading nook, and tons of games. There's even a full bathroom with standup shower and a Queen sized air mattress making an overnight adventure possible.

The spacious front deck overlooks a lush pine forest and is perfect for a day basking in the sun or an evening barbecuing with friends and family (gas grill available in summer only).

The central North Shore location provides easy access to year-round fun at beaches, ski resorts, and hiking and biking trails. Nearby North Tahoe Regional Park offers tennis and pickle ball courts, children’s playground, disc golf course, treetop adventure course, a dog park, winter sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Ski resorts are in both directions, and the house is only minutes away from Northstar, Palisade Tahoe and others. Casinos are nearby for those who feel lucky during vacation. During summertime, the beaches of Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach are in close proximity, and Tahoe City is a short drive. It is an ideal space for a group of up to 12 friends/family to enjoy quality time together in beautiful Lake Tahoe.
