You won't want to leave this unique boomerang-shaped abode overlooking Lake Tahoe and featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, and an amazing lake view. This house has stunning details like the Brazilian Mahogany Wood Floors and a unique front door that emulates sunshine and boasts great style! The ground level of the home is reserved for communal areas and activities while the upper level houses all four of the sleeping accommodations. "Polaris Place" is just 5 minutes away from the heart of Tahoe City which has a variety of shopping options, a movie theater, restaurants, and a popular public beach. It is also within 30 minutes of multiple ski resorts including Palisades Tahoe and Northstar Resort.

The living room and kitchen are straight ahead as you walk through the entrance door. The sunken living area opens to a wrap-around terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake, two sizable couches for lounging, stone coffee tables, a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of games and books. The kitchen and dedicated dining area are elevated and overlook the living room. Everything you need to prepare a great meal is readily available in the open-concept kitchen that includes an expansive island with a built-in stovetop and griddle. Up to eight guests can eat at the huge wooden dining room table. An additional indoor patio with a view of the lake is located off the dining area. An excellent place to work out and use the exercise bike or yoga mats provided. Conveniently located directly off the living room, you will also find a laundry room and half bathroom.

Up the stairs are all 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Your first encounter at the top of the stairs is the King primary bedroom. This enormous bedroom boasts the best view of the lake the home offers. Enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at the Lake in one of the two rocking chairs that face the lake or by watching a movie on the smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious charm, a walk-in shower with an additional view of the lake, a separate tub, a double sink vanity and a laundry chute to the washroom below. It also has a secret exit to a private, lake facing balcony that's only shared with guests in the adjacent bedroom.

The spacious 2nd bedroom is just down the hall and features bunk beds and a Cal King bed, as well as access to the common patio with the primary suite bathroom. This bedroom also enjoys a private, ensuite bathroom with a laundry chute, a big vanity, and a shower-tub combo.

The remaining two bedrooms are located down the hall. For the kids, the tiny third bedroom is ideal and has a bunk bed with 2 twins. The fourth and final bedroom is a spacious area featuring a queen-sized bed, a twin air mattress and it's own patio that offers a stunning view of the lake. Once more, this room offers an ensuite bathroom with a big vanity and a shower/tub combo.
