This beautiful 2 story home in the heart of Kings Beach, 10 minutes from North Star and 5 minutes away from local restaurants has everything you will need for the winter.

Regardless of whether you are on the first or second level of the house, the high ceilings will make you feel connected. There's a coat rack directly in the entryway to store all of your winter clothing. After spending chilly days at the ski lifts, head over to the living room, settle into the L-shaped couch, and light the gas fireplace to warm yourself as you relax waiting on dinner.

Cooking is no chore in this gorgeous remodeled kitchen that boasts granite countertops, counter-to-ceiling tiled backsplash, a huge farmhouse sink, and an abundance of cabinet storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware for all plus all the stainless steel appliances you could possibly need—including a top and bottom fridge, a dishwasher, and gas stove with built-in microwave above. The kitchen connects with the dining room via a breakfast bar with seating for two. An additional six people can fit around the lovely wood dining table in this dedicated dining area or pass through to access the private terrace. 

This three bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 adults including the loft area with 2 built-in twin beds. There are two queen bedrooms comfortably outfitted with premium beds and bedding located on the lower, entry level that share a bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a custom rock sink and relaxing rain showerhead. 

The primary bedroom, loft/family room space, and primary bathroom are located on the second floor. The loft/ family room area is located directly at the top of the stairs which is a great place to hang out, play games, and watch the big game on the smart TV. The loft area features a big, comfortable couch that can fit everyone, as well as 2 large chairs, 2 reclining chairs, a large wooden coffee table, and a bean bag chair! There are many board games available for a game night or play a game of darts on the dart board. Just outside the loft there is a balcony where you can sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy a view of the forest and Lake Tahoe. To give you additional sleeping space, the loft also features two twin beds custom built into the wall. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, a nightstand table with light and premium bedding. The ensuite bathroom features a huge showerhead with a complete shower/tub combo, a huge custom rock sink ample cabinet space, as well as hooks to hang up all your towels and robes.
