• NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed.

• PARKING: Limited to 4 compact vehicles but there may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist. No street parking is permitted.

Modern Tahoe with pleasing aesthetics like the contemporary chandelier paired with more typical cabin-like qualities like exposed vaulted wood beams, plus a naturally grounded feeling from incorporating several different types of stone throughout.
As soon as you open the front door you'll find yourself at the foot of a magnificent wood staircase with a stone accent wall. To add to its unique beauty, the stairs and entry bench are designed with a slight angle to create a fantastic illusion

The upper level has a gas fireplace with dark stone hearth that's contrasted against the golden hues of the exposed wooden beams running the length of this expansive room. This level also has a regulation-size pool table covered in green felt and situated on claw carved legs. There's a wall-stocked game cabinet, wet bar and wine fridge or you can belly up to the bar top table for two. There's a smart-TV and cozy couches as well. The dining room table seats 10 people plus 4 more at the granite island and breakfast bar. From her journey onward through the fully stocked kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space and onto the spacious deck that boasts a propane grill, a fire pit, and finally, in the distance, a peek of that glorious Lake Tahoe! If you come in off the front terrace and look the other way, you will view the dedicated study area with desk and just pass the custom glass chandelier in the stairwell, the sleeper sofa plus a half bathroom for convenience.

1st floor of the home you'll find the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, premium bedding, a SMART TV, and a sizable walk-in closet, private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a bench, a jetted soaking tub and heated floors.
2 additional bedrooms are complete with queen beds, SMART TVs, and large closets. There is a spacious shared bathroom between the 2 with heated floors and a walk-in shower.
In the hallway towards the entry, unload your gear into the built-in coat rack w/ cubbies or toss it right in the newer washer & dryer before heading to the backyard to watch a friendly game of horseshoes. Now that you're tired from an epic tour of the home, slide into one of the super soft robes provided and take a soak in the private hot tub!

    Our a stay at this beautiful upgraded / custom home was amazing . A true surprise for the whole family . The home was well stocked with linens down to spices / platters / cooking utensils even coffee and hot chocolate!! The outdoor areas were great for entertainment with the family . Location was great , close to the cute little area of downtown Tahoe City and walking trails . Communication was Great , we will definitely recommend and would love to visit again !!

    This property is beautiful and spacious! Kitchen was well stocked and even provided keurig pods. All the kitchenware you could possibly need. Appliances were beautiful. Beds were comfy. Master was also spacious and bathroom was large. Home was impeccably clean! Tons of windows (most that open for a great breeze!) and lovely back yard. Located close to Tahoe City (Rosies Cafe is a must for breakfast!) and Kings Beach (be sure to eat at Garwoods!). Communication with the property management was responsive and easy. Very reasonably priced for the expansive home! Will return.

    The house is really gorgeous, new appliances, high celings and lots of space. It’s definitely in my top 5 of places i’ve rented. The only two minor cons i can think of would be the lack of access to dollar point beach and the wifi is spotty at times. Other than that, its a great place and would love to rent again.

    Stone Peak Lodge is a fabulous cabin with tons of features and luxury touches. The vaulted ceilings and beams are even better in person. The home is handsomely equipped with luxury plush bathrobes, towels, and high end bedding by Pottery Barn. My wife loved cooking in the chefs kitchen with a soapstone countertop, gas appliances, and All Clad cookware. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, etc. to make your stay effortless. All the lighting is labeled and most dimmable to create that perfect mood. The fireplace is gas and remote controlled. We loved the additional features like the 6 person hot tub, fire pit, and billiard table. In addition to the house being spectacular, the staff at Tahoe North Rentals could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend you stay at Stone Peak Lodge when visiting Lake Tahoe,
